The Unscripted Life of Flordellyn Castillo
Because I am the queen of self-promotion, and because it took me an hour to film/edit this video, and because this is my very first attempt at making a book review… I have decided to share the finished product with all of you, my beautiful tumblr followers. ENJOY!
I’ve been going through severe Choi Han-Kyul withdrawal. Sue me.

It was such a monumental feat for me to walk across the Golden Gate Bridge. Though terrifying for the most part, mainly because of the height and the fact that there’s shark-infested water beneath a cable-suspended bridge, it was still a one of a kind experience!
Side Note: This might sound a little dramatic, but it’s been ten years since the first time I gazed my eyes upon this majestic, monster structure from afar… but this trip (if you could call it that) is definitely life-changing. Being up there, overlooking the San Francisco skyline, made me feel like I’m really home. Like, I’m right where I should be. This — here — is where I belong.
FRENCH THE LLAMA! After two longgg days of waiting, sleepless nights and endless anticipation, I finally got my SIGNED copy of The Fault In Our Stars! *cue celebratory dance*

My best friend, Patty, asked me to send a video message which will be shown during the B9 Christmas party. It literally took me the whole day to film in the city and another three hours to edit. ENJOY WATCHING!
The view of the beach from the cliff near Lilyan’s house. Gotta love the California coastline!
My first ever Bibimbap!!! Quite tasty… for airplane food.
So, obviously, I’m bored out of my wits waiting for my connecting flight from Incheon Airport (Seoul, South Korea) to San Francisco. I literally have to wait 11 HOURS (that’s right… HOURS!!!) before I could board my plane that would take me back to MY city by the bay. And so I’m blogging (again), for what seems like decades. Thank goodness there’s free (very speedy) wi-fi here at the airport, or else I would die out of boredom! I’m soooo sleepy, though. I didn’t catch a good snooze on the plane, so my head kind of hurts a bit. I still can’t believe that I’m in Korea, though. It’s my DREAM to come here, but since I’m stuck at the airport, all I could do is take some pictures here and there because I can’t go out to “explore” or even buy Duty Free items since it’s SUPER expensive. Haha!
Actually, my migration back to the US hasn’t really sunk in yet, but I have a feeling that in a few days, I would already feel the reality of the situation. I already miss my friends back in Manila — that I would admit! But I know that there are “brighter things ahead” for me, so instead of looking back, I’m looking forward!
It’s almost lunch time, so I might as well get my grub on! The next time I blog, I’ll be in San Francisco! My dreams are coming true… one by one!
